Elissa Gordon’s poetry mines a childhood spent between New York and New England and a passion for travel. A frequent open mic reader, she has appeared in print in NY Underscore, a themed magazine about New York City life, Windmills (Australia), Edison Literary Review, New Sun Rising—Stories for Japan, with proceeds going to benefit the March 11 Tsunami victims, and online in Shot Glass Journal and Short, Fast & Deadly.
